Nice to see some Finnish ammo been tested in US... ;-)
What's your opinion of those compared to other same caliber ammo?
Accuracy? Price in there (almost the most expensive 7,62x39 in here...)?
I used to reload my ammunition with almost same components as those are; got them much cheaper that way... ;-)

Dont worry, we are just shy Finnish people :D
Actually atleast i find (and many others probably too) these pics very interesting and would surely want to read and see more.
Here are pics from my testgrounds. Shot at 75m distance with Sako M92 and Bushmaster Modular Carbine. Metal is 8millimeters thick.

i've gotten similar accuracy results from Barnaul but i dont think quite so good as what is shown above 8) even otherwise very good ammo is a distant 2nd place to what Lapua and Barnaul loads . Lapua milspec 762x39 FMJ like in my picture hasnt been sold here since the early/mid 90s .

the test pictures shows that common M67 type bullets like in 762x39 Barnaul , Yugoslavian or Lapua get more stability and penetrate deeper before yawing as range increases . unlike at close range (25 to 50 feet) as described by M.Fackler .

some earlier tests i did show these type bullets not yawing penetrating 4.5 inches of water @100M but do reliably yaw threw 5.5 inches of water @100M .

S405 = Lapua 123grains not quite .311". S405 measures 7,88mm as real russian .311" measures 7,90+

A117 = Sako 123grains not quite .311". A117 measures 7,88mm as real russian .311" measures 7,90+

Both used by finnish army under the marking S309. Finnish AK variant barrels are not .308 and they are not 3.11".
They are something in between. So are the bullets.
